Pass Pointe Apartments

Don’t move here or visit. I am visiting a friend haven’t been here 24 hrs and my vehicle was broken into and the office Manager Michelle was very nonchalant about it and stated “ crime happens everywhere” showed zero compassion at all! I will never leave my car here again. Just a heads up.

I have a family member who has lived here for over 5 years. At first rent was affordable, the apartments are older. The gate has been broken since she has lived here, the A/C had gone out several times during the 100° heat of summer. They did provide a very small window unit in the back bedroom. The fireplace has been out of service going on 3 years. She was told they would upgrade to an electric one, never happened. Then she was told it's for looks only. Now if the microwave goes out or garbage disposable they will not replace. They started charging 45 a month for water for 1 person. They fine your if garbage falls out of the dumpster. (It's always full of furniture unbroken down boxes. At times you can't even get close because of appliances, wood or trash). Cable company is awful, they u

I’ve been living here since March and overall this has been a good move. Please don’t be alarmed that they are hiding something bad because they don’t like to show the apartments in person without approval first. The pictures they showed me did match my apartment I got and I’m very satisfied with it. They have taken care of every problem that just naturally occurs with any property. I’m happy, the office staff lives on property so they personally care more in my opinion than anywhere else I’ve lived since they are also residents. They are constantly looking for even the smallest upgrades to make this place even better and they don’t put up with low life trash. We have a nice community and they work hard to keep it that way.

I love the Office and Maintenance staff. They are very professional, proficient, friendly and awesome. They work as a team. You definitely don’t have to wait til eternity for the maintenance staff to start or complete a work order. The exterminators exterminate on a regular basis and on an as needed basis. It is also peaceful and quiet here. (I’ve been living here since June of 2023)

This is home. I have been here 10 years so I'm not about to "bash" it. That would make me sound dumb. I know a good thing when I see it. Management is great 😃 and so is maintenance. Thanks you guys for taking care of us.
