Parkwood South Apartments

A friend of mine is it been on the waiting list for over a year talking to a very nice lady named Debbie that was the manager of the apartments. She has been checking in with them and I have been taking her also to talk to Debbie to make sure she continue to stay on the list, my friend went back a month ago and was told that they were changing hands so she had the mew manager look up her name and said she was still on the waiting list. He repeated back to her her telephone number and contact information and everything today today we went by there , just to check on her status he told her he did not have her name on his waiting list. She told him that she was just in there a month ago when he had just taken over and that there was a lady in there with him, and he admitted that the ladies wa

Niceeee complex. The manager, Debbie, couldnt be nicer if she tried. She keeps a close eye on her elderly and/disabled tenants. If she doesnt see you for a couple of days, she calls to check on you. The grounds are well-maintained and extremely pretty with flowering bushes, even beautiful roses. I love living here!

Been on the waiting list twice and because I didn't receive my physical mail in time was taken off the waiting list so altogether ,been waiting 6 years with no success. Why do we give our email address and phone number if they refuse to use it? Most people who need a place to stay cannot receive mail from the mailing address.
