Cannongate Apartments

Mrs. Brandy is absolutely an amazing Property Manger. My family and I love her. She’s always willing to help us with anything we need. I have live in many apartment complex’s and she is the best! One of the many reasons my family and I are still here! Thank you, Mrs. Brandy.

My stay so far has been great at Cannongate. Manager Brandy is wonderful! I moved in March 2024. My neighbor Mrs. Sharon is the best.

Management is very friendly. Fast acting to request. Clean and priced fairly. Ms. Brandy has been great since day one. Very understanding and helpful.

(Update 1-15-26)... I received several emails concerning this matter. I willing keep you all updated ........ I checked my account and saw that the overpayment was credited issue resolved.

Brandy has been AMAZING to assist us with a move from Houston, Texas. She returned our first call on a Friday night on her day off (a month before the move) and has been consistently supportive to answer all questions and to facilitate every step along the way since then! I felt like she was my new best friend from our first conversation. Then after we arrived, Billy (the maintenance man) was excellent as well and was quick to resolve all requests. They are both wonderful, so Cannongate is already an awesome place to live!
