Carr Central Apartments

This is definitely a community for families! It’s quiet and beautiful inside and outside of my apartment! The maintenance tech stays on top of any issues and the property manager follows up EVERY single time and I’ve rarely had that happen at any place I’ve lived! Joe (property manager) ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us! He does not play when it comes to this property and making sure his tenants are happy and engaging! He keeps his office door open for you to come talk to him and that’s definitely a great deal for me! Thanks Carr Central for making me realize this was the BEST choice to move my family!

Joe has been the best manager I have dealt with. He is friendly, professional, and knows how to properly run an apartment complex! He answered my questions and made me feel like I belonged here! I move in today and I have nothing but great and positive things! Go Joe Go!!!!

The apartments are quiet and location is great. The only down side is my apartment hasn't been fixed. I've been waiting since I moved in back in July.
