Bradford Ridge Apartments

Great place to live. Apartments are slightly on the small side but very nice and well maintained. It is in a great location with many popular restaurants and stores nearby, and is surprisingly quiet considering it is located in the city. The apartment manager does a wonderful job. He quickly addresses any issues and/or concerns and is very friendly.

The manager here very obviously dislikes young potential tenants. Also, get this.. He claims that if you are not married and you have a roommate that everyone must be able to pay rent individually and that everyone had to pay the $500 deposit, which is ridiculous! Normal apartment complexes simply require that everyone living there must make enough collectively to pay rent and that there is only ONE deposit from everyone! At least the apartments themselves are okay looking, just small.

If you have children, DO NOT MOVE HERE. The neighbors are very harassing and the owner does nothing about it.

My momma lives here. All her neighbors are good people. Like family. Clean well kept up. So friendly a good place to live.

Used to be one of the top 2 or 3 apartment complexes in town. Has been slipping in the last couple of years. It's still a good place to live just not what it once was.
