Park Residences At Bienville

Park Residence from start to finish was a great place to live. I moved to MS from VA and I found PR online. When I called to inquire about unit availability I was met with the kindest voice, Rachel. She assisted me with everything I need to get settled into my new apartment. The units at PR are clean and up to date with modern appliances and flooring. If there was ever a problem (in my 3 years living there I can only account for 1) the maintenance staff was “Johnny on the spot”, kind and courteous. The amenities are above standard namely the swimming pool area. A very serene spot. The complex as a whole is a very nice place to live and I would recommend it to anyone. 10/10 Recommend.

Not the worst housing for Vicksburg, but just too many issues to give this more than 2 stars. First off, when I arrived at the unit I was told there would be a realtor lock on the door with my key, ready to go. I was given a pin code to unlock it. After a long day of moving, the realtor lock was not on the door and I had to call and track someone down for 30 minutes to get into my unit. The AC in my unit did not work on move in either, so I had to wait for for maintenance to fix this in the middle of the summer. These apartments also have an abundance of wasps, and the apartments will not exterminate them. They were constantly building nests on our patio and the shared stairways. The apartments are very nice and we have had no issues with me neighbors. Being gated gives a good sense of security.
