Parkwest Apartments

I stayed at Parkwest for a year and a half and just moved out cause of new job and I will say I never encountered any bad experiences living there. Staffs are great all around. Quick and fast maintenance and we’ve always had a great experience with the admin ladies. Everything is great. I enjoyed it.

I’ve lived here for a while , it recently changed ownership and it’s becoming bad. The management is unprofessional. The maintenance team is good. However the community isn’t clean or rather it has several gross areas just out of eyes sight. It’s run by a real estate company called Cambridge. Their companies reviews are very low look it up. They can’t bother installing one extra dog waste bin to prevent the rampant dog waste problem the community is facing. I’ll leave a picture of what it looks like almost everyday. Other than that the property has nice landscaping maintenance and facilities are also maintained. The laundry room and pool are a plus. But it’s never fun to live somewhere that is pretty on the outside and not a good community on the inside

Rhonda and Cathy run a tight operation and living here has been easy, safe, and highly satisfactory because of it. They are prompt to respond to maintenance requests, whether it's a broken dishwasher or just a low-battery smoke alarm. They are prompt to answer the phone, a voicemail, or an email. Their colleague Dave is a reliable and kind maintenance professional. The grounds feel safe and well-maintained. They completely redid the pool area in time for Memorial Day weekend, and it looks amazing. My girlfriend and I love living here.

Good apartment complex for what they are, they have really improved over the last few months. Fix patios, Concrete steps and quick attention to any issues my friend has at there apartment. Maintenance is doing great!

Lived here four years ago and loved it as our first apartment. Only reason we moved was we needed a bigger space. Management was wonderful to work with. We accidentally paid late on our last month living there and the manager wavied our late fee because we were moving out and had been on time the whole year and i had just had a baby. Potentially considering moving back here! You will not be disappointed if you move in here. The one bedroom is a great starter apartment
