Parkway Oaks Apartments

When I tell you this apartment maintenance is a JOKE I mean it! They are slow to fix anything and when they come they don’t fix the issue. It’s 900$ for a one bedroom that comes infested with roaches. Not only have I had bug issues, the building itself is starting to fall apart. The ceiling is falling , the apartments are not cleaned when moving in. Just filthy! If you wanna deal with a problem every month with high rent that’s not worth the price, this is the place! The windows are not secure, most the appliances are old and don’t work properly. Save yourself the hassle and don’t rent here. When my lease is up, I will be moving! They quite literally use paint to fix everything. Even the washing and drying room rinks of mildew and is never clean

FANTASTIC Apartment Complex Lived here for over a year and a half. The property managers are incredibly friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. Maintenance requests were always completed in a very timely manner. Never had any issues whatsoever during my time there. 10/10 would highly recommend. Quaint. Peaceful. Unique. My son recently moved in and I have another friend who lives here. No this isn't super fancy but the office staff is extremely responsive and kind, and they probably have the fastest maintenance team I've ever seen. And from what I can tell, they encourage community which is awesome. All in all, not fancy, but definitely affordable and friendly.

I have lived in different apartments throughout my college experience. This is BY FAR THE WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office ladies are very unprofessional and always are rude when I have questions. They also do no let you have ANY visitors park anywhere in the complex and they will tow them without any hesitation.. the maintenance men are very nice but every time we have put in an order we have had to call several times after to remind them the services we need. We are currently going through the process of breaking our lease because we just can’t take it anymore... I do not recommend living here in these apartments. There are way better options around that we had to learn the hard way.....

Really confused on how this place has a 4 star rating. Day 1 at this place set the tone...it was considered acceptable to give me a dirty apartment. Not just a little dust but dirt that visibly washed down the drain when I tested the shower to make sure it worked. Also on day 1 I found out my dishwasher was draining into the kitchen of the people that lived under me. That was reported and about a month later I finally had a new dishwasher installed. The multiple times my air conditioner has gone out it's taken at least 24 hours to have it fixed (which means it got really hot in my apartment). There was only 1 time where I had maintenance come on the same day to fix my a.c. and that was probably because I threatened to not pay rent for that day. Then we had a couple of hail storms which ca
