Parkview Manor Apartments

Before the remodel, these apartments did not have roach problems. After the quick 2–5 month rebuild, things changed. The units no longer have carpet, so you hear everything from your neighbors. Some residents are clean and manage pests better, but the exterminator only comes about twice a year, which makes it hard to control roaches also if you don’t clean your cabinets out each time the exterminator comes that’s a $150.00 fine. HUD also comes out to check the units at some point. I even had situations where roaches ended up in my bed, which was one of the main reasons I decided to leave. Water leaks are another issue you may find holes in your ceiling from leaks. The A/C system freezes often and leaks water, so you have to let it thaw out regularly. Mold in the bathroom shows up here and

I wish I could give this place a minus NO stars!! This place is the WORST!! Sewage back up floods that allows maintenance to steal and contaminate your belongings!!! The property manager responded however we STILL do not have our belongings!!! My child and I are forced to live in an empty apartment while our things are STILL with "management". This oppression cloaked in the disguise of "professionalism" is what one can expect while living here!!
