Be careful, they will send you a bill to clean your apartment. But, no bill to fix the AC unit themselves. Crazy. Look somewhere else.

Management is never here. Was with out ac for a week and half where Temps was getting up to 90 degrees inside. Finally was able to get window units. Then the ceiling started leaking in the bathroom and sheet rock fell down. Now half my apartment is powerless. I wish the Management and maintenance was a lot better and more caring for the the tenants.

Moved-in in Mid March & moved out Mid-May. The apartment was no up to par & I had multi incidents where I didn’t have amenities like electric was out of a few weeks & the ac. I truly believe it was from the lack of effort from management. Never at work, disregarding for the tenet. Would just sweep frustrations under the rug as a misunderstanding. One point there was no on in the office, no addressing the next person we are supposed to be able to reach out to. I say all that to say this. I was able to get me lease terminated & move. My heart still went out to the people that didn’t have or get that option. The new management awesome spoke to her yesterday. Repeatedly apologizing & say I hopes she can make a change. Their cutie homey nice place. Speak to Marlene she is awesome.

We have lived at the Parkview apartments 2 years. Ms Mary is very helpful and any issues we have had she has fixed it. Apartment community is very quiet. We have a pool and a really nice grill that management had installed.

I need my deposit back please and thank you. I moved out 4 months ago and have called about this many times. However, your phone is no longer in service and I can't contact anyone. That reminds me of the time the complex was running a scam on utilities, and over charging untill I made it obvious I would contact law enforcement if they didn't do something about it. Ps if you move in i hope you have lots of roach spray
