Moved in Aug and pics advertised is not how units are equipped I've had a rotten dishwasher I've requested to be changed going on 6 months now with no response from management after having open service requests and emails directly to management. After responding to the owner multiple times with no response and management in person multiple times within the last 2-3 weeks, The repair man came today and Said he will absolutely not be changing any appliance and excusing there are 30 or more units with the same dishwashers in this complex while also stating how horrible this complex is.

Honestly, one star is too generous. I moved out of Heather Lane in April 2025 after living there for over 2 years. Upon moving out I have the apartment professionally then walked the apartment with management. I was approved to have my full deposit returned along with the amount I overpaid due to incorrect proration calculations. The amount totaled $769.04. Since then, I have received final account statement by mail twice and to my one all showing that Heather Lane owes me. I have called their on-site office, corporate office, and accounting team on NUMEROUS occasions without any resolve. From March 2025 to October 2025 there has been 4 different general managers and 3 different regional managers over this complex. Be cautious of the $899 move-in special; it may not be as beneficial as it seems. ★☆☆☆☆ Do NOT waste your time applying here. They completely wasted mine. I was told a 3-person household needs to make under $65,000, which I don’t even come close to. On top of that, they denied me just because a friend sent me money via Cash App to help pay for a hotel for my kids and me. Absolutely ridiculous and unfair. They clearly don’t care about helping people who are truly in need.

⭐☆☆☆☆ DO NOT LEASE HERE! The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They will literally laugh in your face and treat you with zero respect. My child was denied simply because a friend was paying for a hotel for her, even though she provided all necessary documentation. They clearly don’t care about helping people — only about judging your situation. Save yourself the time and frustration and look elsewhere.
