having a problem with my air conditioning, going three or four times supposed to be repaired. Keep going out yesterday went out again and she gonna tell me to use the fan is too hot. Why having an air condition if you gotta use a fan that double utility electric bill

I have been here for 3 years and I tell you what. This new maintenance guy that we had since the beginning of the year is the only one that has been on top of his stuff. Getting stuff done effectively. Finally someone that has as much pride as I do in keeping the community cleaning always picking up trash even on his days off. I see him jumping in the trash cans to make more trash fit and removing it and placing it in other trash cans so people can still use the trash can. He’s the only one that we are actually able to use the pool this summer and for the summer.

Adorable from the outside but the actual appearance inside is a joke and don’t get me started on the “management” it’s pretty pathetic that the management running the office is on a power trip and they change office managers faster then I change my undies the pool is never open so what’s the use in even having one …on top of ALL that they hire unqualified maintenance workers who can’t even fix a door !! but who have been caught sleeping around with tenants These apartments are ridiculous And even come with their own pets (roaches)

The landscaping is pretty to look at. Quiet neighborhood. Built in 1998, repairs are addressed to maintain apartments. Nice layout for 2 BR 2 BA.

7 office managers in 2 years. 3 maintenance guys. Homes are in SERIOUS need of updates and repairs. Electrical wires exposed in the kitchen after the overhead light came crashing down one day. Stove, ice maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal didn't work the ENTIRE TIME I lived there. Toilets don't flush properly...one barely flushed at all. Faucets on both tubs broke off...had to use hand tools to turn water on and off. Black mold in window sills. Single pane windows allow for cold wind gusts or hot summer sun to penetrate living space near all window openings...driving up electricity costs for residents. Carpet was not replaced when I moved in...that's just gross. Mailboxes always broken into. Car burglarized. Put repair requests in, and was ignored. Nothing ever got fixed. Withheld ren
