We’re building our 4 bed / 4 bath home with UBH in Terrell, and I’ve been so impressed with how fast and smooth everything has been. We officially signed on November 7th, and they already started building this week! They made my kids feel included as well which was awesome. Caleb Williams and Juan Bravo from the Terrell office have been amazing throughout the process. They’ve been trustworthy, helpful, and very patient with all our questions. The communication has been great, and we really feel taken care of. Highly recommend this team!

United Built Homes in Terrell did a wonderful job on our new home. They finished a month ahead of schedule, interior looks incredible(walking shower, cabinets, and countertops), and Paul addressed all concerns immediately. We could not be happier. Thanks UBH!

United Built Homes of Terrell did a fantastic job of building our forever home. They listened and were able to take our vision and make it into a real home. Original March 2024: After multiple meetings with different builders, we took a leap of faith and made an appointment with UBH Terrell to see what they had to offer. We were pretty sold on another builder but the incentives and warranty caught our eye so we decided to go in. We were met with a smile and an amazingly helpful salesman, Chris Temple. He was patient and answered all our questions. He was thorough to explain the process and genuinely was eager to help us with no gimmicks or sales pitches. My husband and I drove almost all the way home before turning around to make the 30-minute drive back to the sales office with a decision to sign.
