Timbers at the Park Apartments

These apartment are conveniently located right across from Walmart, the schools are only five minutes away. I've lived here for over 5 years and the staff, Nish and Blanca are the nicest office team since I've been here. There's a pool and laundry room. But you have washer and dryer connections in the apartments if you don't want to use the laundry room. Maintenance staff and always available and super helpful

Best experience. Very polite and helpful from inquiring to the move in process. The front office staff is very helpful and always very responsive . Maintenance is great and very prompt and quick when submitting a work order . We have only been a tenant for a few short week and we absolutely love it here it’s a super quiet neighbor hood and complex . Thank you so much for your help Blanca and Nish .

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Timbers at the Park. The community has some great amenities that make daily life more convenient and enjoyable. The pool is always a nice spot to relax, especially during the warmer months, and it’s kept clean and well-maintained. The laundry room is a big plus—easy to access and saves me trips to a laundromat. I also appreciate the park area on the property. It gives the community a welcoming feel and provides a good space to enjoy the outdoors. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live with useful amenities that make a difference day-to-day.

We have lived at The Timbers for 7 years having had numerous managers,leasing agents & maintenance personnel! Some of the best were Stephanie Castaneda,Debra Jayroe,Eugene & Caleb. Most recently Blanca, Nish,Alejandro & Jose who exemplify excellent customer service & meet or exceed the needs/ concerns of residents. More recently our 6 yr old autistic great grandson slipped out of our apartment & Alejandro & Jose helped us look for him . We most definitely appreciated the help!
