Parkstead Watertown at Thompson Park

The units are nice and comfy. Maintenance staff is very responsive. Rent is a bit high for what is offered though, and when they advertise snow removal, they don't tell you it doesn't include the sidewalks for town homes and hit or miss driveway plowing. Water is not included regardless of what they say when you move in, it is added to the rental bill as well. All in all, once you expect the financial difference from what is advertised, the places are nice and we love calling Parkstead home.

We have stayed in this neighborhood about 4 years now and love it. It’s peaceful and quiet. Only 15-20 min drive from Drum! The leasing staff Sarah and Jocelyn are amazing. Any issues we have and she is on it! Great people with good hearts that care. Great place!

My family and I moved into Parkstead in the fall of 2022. After a long search, moving from Michigan, we were relieved and grateful to be accepted into Parkstead Thompson Park. At first, our experience was positive. The manager at the time, Katie, made us feel welcome, and compared to other places I’d lived, Parkstead felt like a step up. But just two months after moving in, tragedy struck — my fiancé suffered a heart attack and passed away in our apartment. Parkstead was compassionate and flexible while my daughter and I tried to rebuild our lives. I later signed a new lease, hoping to start fresh. Unfortunately, things changed when management did. I have lived at Parkstead since May of this year. I met with Jocelyn to sign my lease and she was very helpful and she is someone I know I can go to if I have any questions or need any help. I haven’t had many issues, but when I have put in a maintenance request, maintenance has been very responsive.

Not a bad place! Staff is friendly and if you have a problem they’ll get it fixed pretty fast. My heat went out the very next day they was over here to fix it. Jocelyn is very kind and deserves a promotion 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
