I truly wish I could give a negative star review because that’s exactly what I’d do. Starting from the time we moved in, we had issues getting the office/maintenance staff to do anything. It took 3 months for one work order. We had to hunt down a bag of salt for the sidewalks because we were tired of buying it so our kids stayed safe (even though it was supposed to be provided, the bucket was rarely filled). Snow removal? Who is she?! The plow company they use sucked. Lawn care? We were lucky to see them once a month. From August 2023, until October 2025 absolutely nothing was taken care of without multiple calls/emails/online maintenance requests. When our tub was leaking (and since we pay for water, I wanted it fixed), we put a maintenance request in and when maintenance got there, were

Overall, it’s a great place to live. The rent is reasonable, both the residents and maintenance team are friendly. Although the apartments are older, they’re well maintained and very spacious.

This place is an absolute scam. My sister has lived there for nine years. She has paid her own renters insurance and cable bill. Yet they keep sending her a bill saying they paid the insurance and cable. Even after turning in her receipts to prove it. They still continually send bills for the cable and insurance. The rental insurance company has called and verified she has coverage and they have been her company since she lived there. Every month there is a new issue. And I wont even get into the exaggerated water bills. That they wont let you see the bill but just give any old amount. If you don't mind wasting money move in here. If you live here and you have been having problems like this please report them to the Attorney general office as I will be on my sister's behalf.

The office personnel is condescending, rude and underhanded. Rob will lie at any given chance or go back on his word. Major structural issues with the building that are both health risk, fire risks and safety risks. They refuse to answer the phone or are absent most of the time. When they do, its to give you a run around and then not follow through with their word. If i could give negative stars on this i would.

Although I didn’t end up leasing with Parkstead Properties this year as my orders were for a different location. Rob the Leasing Specialist, Karen and Erika the woman who answered my initial call were very communicative and answered all my questions about leasing, they were even able to paint the picture of the Watertown city area as well. I will definitely be in contact in the future.
