Parkside Apartments

It’s not great but not the worst. A roof is a roof so I’m not complaining. I was homeless living in my car with my kids before I moved here so I’m just happy to have a roof over our heads… With that said the apartments are all infested with roaches. It doesn’t matter how clean you are how much you spray how careful you are they just continue to exist but of course it’s worse if you’re gross and messy so just stay clean and do all the necessary stuff to rid them and don’t make the infestation worse for you and other tenants. We used to have access to the laundry room but we’ve been locked out of it for months so as of right now there is no onsite laundry facilities available. ZERO STARS: 5/3/2025 Update, management still MIA & neighbors are letting homeless into laundry room to do drugs. Can you say G-H-E-T-T-O!!! Neighbors blast their music/noise multiple times a day. Homeless druggies "hang out" in our private courtyard at some random strangers' back door & get high. WORST place. Small apartments, leaky windows/doors. Courtyard & parking lot stinks to high heaven due to unpicked up dog shit and pee. Neighbor dogs constantly barking and good luck getting a hold of management. (Feb '25)My apartment failed Section 8 annual inspection and I have left 3 messages in the last 10 days for management to contact me and nothing.....My water heater went out Jan 2nd and my toilet is leaking at the wax ring. This place is trash when it comes to property management. It’s always dirty and The washer dryer room never works properly and they are quick to ask for your money but once you tell them you wanna move they threaten you by telling you they can sue you for not giving them proper notice and even if you do they ignore you. Been trying to call the office for weeks with no response. I also lived in my apartment for 3 months with out getting my wall fixed, window door all hanging off after someone ran into it. Took them months. This place is awful save your money.

Renter Beware ********Place is disgusting as all get out spent hundreds on insecticides. Parking lot and back area is garbage and unkept. Also took management MONTHS to fix swamp cooler in our 100 degree summer. Office never answers and is unhelpful at all times. Do not rent here unless you like melting in your own home and roaches.

It's pretty small for a 2 bedroom and the on-site laundry is pretty bad. Half of the washers don't work and the one's that do don't wash your clothes very well, so I go elsewhere to wash.
