My experience at this place has not been good at all. When I moved here in March 3rd Saturday to wake up to my stove not working maintenance came out and fixed the stove, I mentioned to him there is no light in the refrigerator nor is it cold. Next weekend, I call emergency maintenance they send them to replace the refrigerator blower but the fridge is still no difference. Called leasing office on Tuesday to let the prop. Mgr. about the refrigerator still not working properly, the freezer works but not the fridge. Three weeks later (food has gone bad), I called mgr. adviced about food gone bad will the company reimburse me? I never got an answer. Here we are two months later my food has gone bad, the refrigerator sat in the middle of the kitchen floor for three (3) days…WHERE IS THE CUSTO

The leasing staff are immaculately professional & courteous. The unit was clean and the grounds were well kept. I would recommend anyone who needs to secure a dwelling to apply for residency.

Have been living on the property for exactly 3 weeks now. A few unforseen bumps in the road at the start but Mrs. Jackie was really sweet, accommodating, and apologetic about the inconveniences. If your unit is facing the front be prepared to hear everything if your windows/patio area is open. There isn't an abundance in parking spaces so you may want to keep visitors/# of vehicles to a minimum. Fitness center is tiny and only available during office hours. Overall I love the community. It's clean, quiet, and family friendly. It's also nice that they have security that drives about the property a few times a week. Maintenance is nice, responsive, and usually completes service requests within 24-48hrs. All utilities. So far so good. 👍🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽

The Management staff at the parke apartments are very great in helping with any questions. The steps and hallways are clean every day. Great place to live with family or single tenants. Thanks 🙏

Moved in two weeks ago. Mrs Jackie was the best and really sweet. She walked me through the process from beginning to end. Maintenance staff is really nice and quick to respond to request. Property is quiet and clean. So far so good. Great for the price and utilities included.
