Park77 Apartments

I have lived at these apartments for a couple years. I am overall quite happy with the management and my unit. The apartments have an onsite manager as well, which helps any issues that come up get solved quickly. The apartments themselves are kept up, landscaping regularly, etc. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

I really enjoy living here! Staff is always available and kind, very safe community, good pricing for the area, and the apartments themselves are well-maintained and as-advertised. Quiet hours are respected, and there are lots of families. The complex is pet-friendly, with a one-time payment that is very reasonable compared to other places I've lived. Meaghan is very helpful in setting applicants up with their preferred apartment and move-in date.

Living here was great! Beautiful complexes and very friendly staff. Due to relationship complications, I had to exit the lease, and the staff was not only incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding, but they also ensured safe and direct communication while I was fleeing the relationship. I highly recommend this complex!

I've rented from Williams Investments for over 15 years and I've had zero issues. I've lived here at Park 77 for almost 2 years and I absolutely love my apartment and the lay out of the property. The property managers are extremely nice and offer clear communication on certain unclear procedures.

Had a great experience with the leasing, reached out to someone and they got back to me right away. The process was easy and fast. I asked a lot of questions they worked around my schedule found a place same day got approved. I definitely recommend they were very knowledgeable and helpful.
