Gayteway at Smokey Point

I have to say that management here really cares about what they're doing and helping people find a beautiful new home. The process from start to finish was painless, and they really made us feel comfortable. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely understanding while being helpful And having quick responses, to all communications and questions. Honestly, this is probably been the smoothest and easy move my family and I have had. We can't thank the management team here enough. Dylan in the office is amazing. I highly recommend this community to anyone. I'm looking to move into a one or two bedroom. The facility's grounds and buildings are spotless. David, though it is a brand new community you can sense a good atmosphere and aura Once you step on the property.

I’m looking to move to Arlington for work, and stumbled upon these brand new apartments. The office manager was super attentive and we started the tour off by grabbing a latte and fresh baked cookies from the community lobby. The coffee and cookies are available for all renters everyday. Very nice touch! I was impressed with the community center which featured a pool table, full size gym, and TV’s. I could see myself spending my nights hanging out there. The apartment units are very nice and have plenty of space. There’s an EV charging station which is perfect for charging my car. I’ve added some pictures from the tour.

Our move was very smooth thanks to the helpful and friendly staff at the neighborhood office. The apartment is spacious and everything is brand new. We also really liked the office area — it has a pool table, a cozy fireplace, and a comfortable space to work with a laptop. There is a small but well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area. It’s very convenient that there is a school bus stop right on the corner. The staff are always responsive and happy to answer any questions. We really enjoy living here. Thank you!

Our tour went great! My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick tour but ended up just applying right then and there afterwards. Christina was very patient throughout the process and never made us feel rushed even though it got a little busy. We appreciate her and her patience. We are very excited to move in!☺️

Recently had a chance to tour and spend time at Gayteway at Smokey Point. While I'm not quite ready to move yet, this will be the place I will be aiming for when I am! Beautiful setting, roomy and wonderful units, and the amenities are fantastic! Dylan spent so much time answering my questions, showing me around, and was the perfect person to represent the property and provide a feel for what a tenant can expect. He was super helpful, honest, and gave me some great ideas on how I can get ready to make my dream of living there happen! I highly recommend Thrive and Gayteway at Smokey Point!
