Anna Little is the absolute worst agent. Unprofessional and lacks common communication skills. She has made it very clearly that she doesn’t care about you and all she does care about is making a fast sell regardless how you feel about the situation. She will pressure you into doing a price that works for her (priced cheap for fast sale). She will go as far as telling you to get an rv to place your son in it because he works nights and it would be more convenient for her to show the house. She will also and time of photo change your home by placing any items anywhere she would like to find what you own. She didn’t tell me this nor did she put anything back. She didn’t tell it with suck disregard that even a new bottle of laundry soap wash placed in a cabinet on its side without checking th

Kerry is a breath of fresh air! Researcher-More than any other agent I contacted Kerry came loaded with information on my property, neighborhood, and the market. Prepared-She knows her stuff! She took care of many details behind the scenes and only brought to the table what was truly important. Resilient-Always ready with Plan B or Plan C if necessary.
