Very nice lovely place to live but too many people making noise complaining and making issues for other people that have nothing to do with any noise complaints, I’m also one that has nothing to do with any noise complaints, it’s other people that create these unnecessary issues, if you have to create an issue towards someone else to draw unnecessary attention to yourself, there’s no need for that, it’s very clear that when a person says that they have nothing to do with something, then they clearly do not. we’re all human, we all make noises so get over it, simply follow the rules, pretty simple I’m a very quiet person and keep to myself, so I’m clearly not in the noisy crowd. Will and his team helped my family and I find a bigger place ASAP just days before our move out date of our apartment. Della and Angela are the sweetest souls and Will is so helpful and organized! They are a great team and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

The Key Northwest team is the best of the best! Will, Della and Angela are all exceptional people who are caring and always happy to help. I lived at Downtown 48, in Sedro-Woolley and was very pleased with the management that went on. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and I felt very taken care of. Suck.... charge you for wear amd tear when you leave and try to charge you even more than deposit... horrible neighbors. Worst experience ever.

I've been at Hub City since it opened and Will and his team have been very accommodating to any issue big or small. Living here has been swell and having property managers who are very organized and time considerate make it all just a little easier for every tenant.
