Park Woods

I live in Parkwood apartments. All the staff are amazing hardworking people. There so friendly and still in force the rules. Common areas are kept clean. Notice for everything are hand delivered to the outside of your apartment in 24 to 48 hours of what ever the action will be..inspection snow removal on and on. Maintenance are taken care of fast. There is washers and dryers on site. I am very happy to live here. Love and prayers for all

Not my first choice for housing. Most everything in here is outdated and the building is always suffering from bedbugs. Trash room always smells, laundry room is alright but the carpet in the halls.... always wear covered shoes. Staff and residents are good but it's not the safest location.

Property manager and assistant are very attentive to your concerns. But this property is antiquated and out of date. It would be nice if we had our own washer and dryer in unit as there are only 3 washers and dryers for this entire complex . Also common areas, hallways, elevator, parking area and grounds need more attention than is given.

This entire apartment complex is full of bed bugs, and they travel from other people's houses. They only come and check like 1 time maybe 2 times a month then tell you they're in every apartment and then it takes forever for someone to answer the office phones, this place is no where for kids to live or play or anything in that matter.

Not the best place I have ever lived in but thankful that I have a roof over my head and it's affordable. Do not feel comfortable going into details.
