Alishia and Lang are great! I’ve been a resident for 3 years and unfortunately have had quite a few difficult situations, whether it be with maintenance or management errors. Since they have taken over the complex, they have single handedly resolved all my issues that had been going on for over 6 months. Alishia is so attentive and helpful, also Lang is very quick and diligent with any maintenance issues. I truly appreciate what they have brung to the community, it was much needed!

New ownership of this property. Its working very hard to improve the amenities. The appearance and turn maintenance work orders quicker. As a long-term resident, I'm impressed with what I've seen the office staff is great. The maintenance staff is great.The new clubhouse is phenomenal.You've got to go see that.

If I could remove all the stars that this unit has I would do it without thinking, I have lived here for 18 months and I have had the apartment 702 and I have had two floods, the first was the tenant of the second floor who caused damage and the water came down in droves, we wrote to the administration but they responded after two days, we let that one go, but 8 days ago we lived through another nightmare with damage to the second floor and this time it was more serious, we had to leave the apartment where a lady who rented us a room, because the administrator says that is not a cause for any help, she suggested two ridiculous solutions that not even she could do, change apartments or leave before December 31 and there would be no penalty, imagine it is December 14 and they expect me to ge

I moved out 5 months ago. I was told my apartment looked great when I moved out and I would be issued my deposit fee back. I never received it. I called to check on it and was told that the check was issued 2 months ago. I informed them that it was never received and they should be able to see that it was never cashed. They said they would get back with me after checking into it. I have now left countless messages and emails and they will not return my call. I was also told while I lived there that my apartment was going to be remodeled. That never happened. Management is terrible.

Love living here! Rachel and Alisha have easy to work with. It’s the place to be. I lived here since July 19th, 2019.
