Mauldin Gardens

These apartments have MOLD! BEWARE! They have lead in their water and their water pipes are corroded. The exterior has a lot of moisture which can easily cause mold. They kept painting over those old moldy outdated bathtubs, calling it resurfacing. Those dishwashers were very old and moldy. They never serviced the HVAC systems and kept putting temporary window a/c units from unit to unit cocontaminating all units with mold. Mold is inside those old outdated HVAC systems and airducts. So if you keep seeing something that looks like black/brown hairs it's probably mold. If your windows and doors don't close properly mold can enter and start growing. All the tenants have to do is open the door to where their HVAC system is located and examine and inspect the area. If you keep having leaks an

nobody speaks! the people down at the bottom of the apartments just stare at you. you all are still in based on income apartments! get off your high horse & humble yourselves!!! the landlord even has her nose in the air all the time! i couldn’t live there!!! hate visiting my family b/c that’s a toxic environment over there & keep the kids out the street. it’s not safe.

unfairly targeted by management .kids onstantly running in and out in front of both vehichle and pedestrian traffic on riding toys walls they want washed but when ya wash em paint peels off due to it being cheap fpat paint . if ya smoke and a neighbor dont like it they swear its drifting into their apts .. manager has history of lyng on people when she doesnt like them and discloses personal and private information to tenants about other tenants not a good experience. lnerve condition has been worse since living here ..

This property has been professionally managed by an experienced and compassionate property manager. The property is well maintained.
