Two homicides here in recent years. My apartment flooded out when I lived there. Known high radon levels, one apartment even has a radon pump. Stay away.

Completely UNACCEPTABLE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I honestly don't understand how this apartment complex is still open. Requesting maintenance is a HEADACHE! My bf has almost been here 1 year and NOTHING has been fixed even after multiple work orders have been put it. I had no idea it could take 6 months to fix a living room ceiling light, windows and the toilet tissue holder. The grounds are disgusting because people are allowing their dogs to poop everywhere and not pick up the mess. You can't even enjoy their grills because you have to beware of dog poop. People are also walking their dogs without leashes and can barely control them. Every week I have to put in a work order literally. 1st I was asked if I wanted to move to a unit with washer and dryer from a lady by email and they went ghost after I got excited and said yes of course. 2nd the water heater kept leaking non stop causing gnats. The exterminator couldn’t even go in there to spray cause for some reason they decided to lock the door 🙄. My ac has now went out for the second time so me and my newborn will be spending our weekend sweating again 🤦🏾‍♀️ lastly my rent is wayyyy more than what it was when I moved in. For what I’m being charged my apartment should have washer and dryer connections if not the washer and dryer.

Decent place. I seen reviews about noise bit the only noise i ever hear is just an occasional kid running up or down the stairs. Management are friendly and the few minor issues we have had has been resolved by their maintenance guy within 24 to 36 hours. The only thing i can say is it would be nice for washer dryer hookups. Because sometimes people do laundry and just leave their stuff in the machines for hours before coming to get them. A timer pops up when u press start. Set a timer for yourself and be considerate of other tennants.

I’ve lived here for five months and so far I do not enjoy it. I have had my pipe burst two times now in three months. Obviously they did not fix it properly the first time. The first time it burst it took almost a month for them to repair it, and until then did nothing but put large, loud fans in my room to “dry the carpet out” but all it did was fill my room with the scent of mildew. I have an infant who was a month old when the pipe first burst and I had to hound them every day for weeks about getting it fixed because I was worried it would cause health problems for my baby. Now here we are two months later and the pipe has burst AGAIN. If it takes them weeks to fix it this time I may lose all my composure with this place.
