Value Build Homes

We built our home 2 years ago. Value Build was great through the whole process. Best project manager ever. And they have been great with warranty items since then.

Me and my wife are currently in the process of building our home and you read a lot of things online about how frustrating building a new home can be, but the Greenville Value Build Home team has been so easy to work with making this a stress free process. Bailey has been so great to work with she has went above and beyond for us and has answered every single one of our questions, if she didn't know the answer she would find out and get back to us in a timely manner. She has been patient and understanding even when we were very undecisive. Paul has also been a huge help in getting us reliable information regarding the site work we needed done for our lot to be built upon he was on time to our site visit, was friendly, and knowledgeable about all the ins and outs about building our home. I have found that the process of building a home is grueling (mostly due to anticipation), but ValueBuild Homes has been a wonderful company to work with. From the first informative phone call, up until now (we are 70% built), these guys have been awesome at keeping us in the loop, working around our needs, and doing everything thing possible to meet our expectations for our dream home, especially the new home designer Tom. He was able to make our dream a reality all while keeping us within budget! Not to mention the countless times I have blown his phone up with questions and ideas. His responses are always timely and if he doesn’t know the answer, he will make sure to get one quickly!

Everything went well until after closing. Then there was a long delay where we heard nothing and there was no progress on starting to build. We were disappointed for the long gap. We talked with Tom Angermeier about the lack of communication. Once he realized we just wanted to be updated, Tom and David Watkins has done a great job of keeping us in the loop we are very happy now!
