I have been living here for 4 years now . The apartments are nice . It’s quiet. I have had some good experiences here. I have went through financial difficulties and the leasing manager is very understanding and has been understanding with my financial situation in the past . Literally heaven sent . I plan on being here for a while

Windmill Apartments is a great place to live. The owner maintains the property nicely and the property manager, Katrina, goes above and beyond to make sure the property stays looking good and any issues are handled quickly. Highly recommend recommend.

I have lived at Windmill Apartments for 7 years. I have watched managers come and go but the current manager is by far the best manager Windmill has had while I was there. She is always very pleasant and professional. She is always available to address any concerns and any issues I have in a timely manner. She is very personable and easy to talk to. The community is always clean and quiet. The only reason I am leaving this community is because I purchased a home. I strongly recommend Windmill Apartments.

Great place to stay. Moved to Mauldin two years ago, actually had to do my apartment searching and touring online. Management was very helpful in this process as I stated before had to do everything online even the touring and she was awesome.. current management is great, if I have any issue the are handled almost immediately.
