Park Hill at Issaquah Apartments

The maintenance team here is excellent. They respond quickly, are professional, and always take care of issues properly. There are a few things that could be improved overall at the property, but the maintenance staff has consistently been one of the best parts of living here. Thank you, Ted, James, and the whole team, for your hard work!

When you moving out from them, they try to rip you off for any reason. Apartment was empty for 15 days since we bought home and moved out early. I also had move out inspection with Essex team at the last day of leasing. Despite they decided to charged extra 3 days beyond leasing end date due to returning keys, although doors are keyless and only for amenities. There is no way to reduce charges by cleaning or repairing the apartment, you will get charged anyways. Disappointed. Amenities and maintenance team is good though.

Where do i begin… 1. The parking situation is terrible if you have more than one car or have guests over since we were limited to 1 spot only and any extra cars were suggested to park at the value village down the street. The very few spots available in front of the leasing office were always taken of course. 2. Our balcony was on the floor level and every single week the landscapers blew leaves dirt mud and debris all over our stuff. 3. The floors were SO creaky even with the slightest movement, especially if you have a neighbor like ours that is all you will hear at all hours of the day and NIGHT with loud stomping included. 4. Now the biggest issue we faced… One morning me and my toddler woke up to water dripping directly onto our heads because one of the pipes started leaking throu

I just moved to this apartment. The parking policy here is very poorly managed. Each unit is only allowed one parking space, even though we live two bedroom and three adult that live in the same unit. The spaces are separately charged, and if you want to purchase additional space but management claims there are “no additional spaces available for purchase”.It doesn’t make sense that the property doesn’t account for units with more than one vehicle. The management really needs to rerun their parking allocation or hire a professional to properly evaluate and plan parking based on the number of bedrooms per adults per unit.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Essex community. A staff member entered my apartment without any prior notice or permission, even though I had already completed a recent home inspection. There was no emergency situation, and to make matters worse, the employee walked inside wearing outdoor shoes, showing complete disregard for cleanliness and resident privacy. On the video employee says to his coworker that he came for an inspection, but I had an inspection 1 week before this. Also he decided to inspect my dining table 😡 I attached pictures from camera This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a resident, I expect my home to be respected and my privacy protected, as required by tenant laws and Essex policies. I hope Essex management takes this issue
