Park Haven Apartments

A friend of mine lives here and they are completely the worst when it comes to accounting, payments, ledgers, rules and guidelines they flat out are horrible and need to learn how to manage a property. Really it all comes down to if they like you or dont like you. There apartments are junk and cheap, the electrical outlets dont even hold in a plug the door buzzers dont work unless you pay for a home phone line. The maintence guy is lazy and should be called the short cut king. They are constantly doing inspections as if the place is so great. Management is plain out a joke that just add charges when they feel like it and dont explain the charges or cant explain it. I wouldnt live at park haven if you paid me.

There has been no advocacy for getting USPS mail to residents for over 90 days. For this whole time, there has been no accommodation or problem solving for people with limited mobility to get their mail at the place of stay. The post office defers to the apartment complex, and the property manager blames the post office. The residents suffer.

I really enjoy how quiet my unit and the neighboring apartments are! The staff are pleasant to work with, and encourage their tenants to come to them with ANY concern. I am really glad I moved here!

I wish they would have told my daughter over the phone that she coildn't not be a full time student to qualify for the income base apartment. She was sadden... As a mom I say to her stay in college full time finish and be a home owner.

There's been about 2 shootings at this apartment. The staff doesn't attend to their tenants work order within timely manner. Very ghetto.
