Park at Abernathy Square Apartments

The apartment is convenient to the central area in Sandy Springs. Within 10min drive, we can get publix, trader joe, kroger, library, park and city hall. I lived in a 2b1b and the room is spacious and price is good. The best of the community is the manager team! Everyone is nice! They are always efficient and responsive! More than that, they always try to bring residents together with events, friendliness and warmness. For example, photos are from the Christmas party. They hosted it at the fantastic clubhouse and prepared food, drink and games. I would strongly recommend anybody who wants to live in Sandy Springs to check this place out.

We had a great experience with David, one of the leasing managers at Park at Abernathy Apartments. We walked in without an appointment, and he still took the time to give us a full tour of the property. David was very professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest with his recommendations, which we truly appreciated. Five stars to David and to the beautiful Park at Abernathy Apartments—my wife and I are strongly considering making this our new home.

Everyone in the office is incredibly kind and professional. The whole complex is extremely well cared for, and every request we’ve made was addressed quickly. The maintenance team is amazing. we truly have no regrets at all.

I’ve really enjoyed working with David during my apartment search! He’s been an absolute pleasure — patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit. The entire process has been seamless from start to finish. I really appreciate that he took the time to show me multiple options without ever making me feel rushed, and it was clear he truly cared about understanding my needs and preferences. I haven’t moved in yet, but based on my experience so far, I feel confident that I’ll be in great hands once I do.
