I have lived at Park 150 for the past two years, and I can confidently say it’s been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt truly at home here. I love my unit, the layout, and how well everything is maintained. The amenities are great and thoughtfully designed, and the location is unbeatable. It’s close to everything while still feeling comfortable and quiet. One of the standout aspects of living here is the maintenance team. They are incredibly reliable, fast, and professional. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and thoroughly, which gives me so much peace of mind as a resident. Stephen and Jacob at Park 150 have been extremely helpful with maintenance requests. I recently experienced an issue in my apartment, and they responded promptly, resolving it the very same day. They went above and beyond—not only addressing the immediate concern, but also proactively taking care of additional items to ensure my closet would not malfunction again. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail are truly appreciated. Additionally, the office staff, Brett and Edith are always helpful and attentive, consistently going above and beyond for their residents. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and are always there to assist whenever needed, creating a welcoming and supportive living environment.

The lighting in the back of the building by the garbage and parking area has been out for weeks. There was an attempted theft last weekend and no one was noticed to be on the lookout. The lighting definitely attributed to them thinking it’s okay to vandalize an attempt to steal vehicles. We should feel safe coming in and out along with the appropriate lighting.

My sister and I have lived at Park 150 for the past almost two years and we have loved it here! We enjoy our apartment unit, the amenities, and the neighborhood. What has really made it a positive experience has been the people who help keep things running smoothly around here. The maintenance team is very friendly and respond in a timely matter and everything is super convenient with the resident portal where we’re able to pay rent, request maintenance, etc. I have always had a very positive interaction with the people in the leasing office too, especially our property manager Brett. He is very friendly, accommodating, and kind. You can tell he really cares about his job and making sure the residents are happy with their experience living here. I feel like I can go into the office anytime

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve been so impressed with Park 150 as a community. My father moved in earlier this week and everything about the process exceeded our expectations. Brett, the property manager, and Jacob from maintenance went above and beyond to make sure the apartment was perfect and the move-in went smoothly. Brett is always happy to answer questions and responds quickly, which makes us feel truly supported. The building itself is one of the best we’ve seen in terms of its common areas and security system in place. We’re so grateful to have found this place!
