Paragon Apartments

We were stationed in Lawton for a short time and rented from Paragon Apartments. We didn’t need a lot of space (just my husband and I) and wanted somewhere quiet and safe, as I work from home and we found that here at Paragon. I cannot say enough good things about Claudia and her helpfulness with ANYTHING I needed. Pricing isn’t bad and the apartments are clean.

Since Claudia took over management at The Paragon, everything has been running much more smoothly. Repairs and issues are being addressed promptly, and she consistently keeps us informed about anything that might affect us. Great location to live at!

Great place to live in Lawton. Close to everything you may need. They do well at keeping the area clean and landscaped. Claudia, the landlord is super sweet and always there if you need anything. Easily a good choice for calling home.

No laundry room + they were recently sold to a out of state company that jacked the price of rent up. Saw my rent go from $795 for a 2 bedroom all the way up to $925 for the same two bedroom with absolutely 0 improvements to the amenities or quality of life. They also still use Covid19 as an excuse as to why they don't accept Checks, Money Orders, or Cash, meaning the only way you can actually pay rent is through some silly mobile app.

My husband and I loved living here. We were in a one bedroom remodeled apartment. The apartment manager was always extremely helpful and any issues we had were resolved very quickly. She really worked with us and our situation to make sure we were taken care of. The only complaint I can think of is how noisy Texas Roadhouse can be, but that is sort of a given. Our apartment was located directly beside the restaurant, which most of the time was amazing since we love it and could just walk on over. Also, since free internet is provided you should expect it to be slow on some days. Other than that, the community is very peaceful and quiet. Most people stay to themselves. We never had any leaks, bug issues, or any nasty problems. We wish we could've taken our apartment with us when we moved. I
