I genuinely love the home I have from PANA Rentals. This is the first time I've been compelled to review a property management company, because this one stands out for the better. The process for applying for my place was a little different than what I usually experience from a rental company, yet in hindsight Im glad for it. I felt that my application was genuinely considered with sort of scrutiny that helps keep PANA a secure place to rent from. During my application process there was a concern about my credentials that genuinely surprised me, both because I was unaware of it and because I was able to have a conversation about it with PANA to offer explanations and vouch for myself. Talk to the tenants that have the filthy habit of smoking marijuana in your properties, these are many times row homes ,and the disgusting smell pass to the next door neighbor, or you prefer legal action taken against you?,keep it respectful, your choice. Don't say that you weren't told,

Very easy and quick process. Great communication. This company shows they actually care about people. Every time I’ve moved into a place you can tell they fixed things fast and sloppy, you can tell they take their time improving and fixing things. I will definitely 100% recommend them to everyone searching for a place to live.

I can’t say enough good things about Peter and Brianna from Pana rentals. They worked with my father helping me get into a home with my children as I was getting on my feet as a single mom and building credit. My credit score has drastically improved while renting from Pana rentals and being able to pay my bills on time. Anytime something needed fixed, it was always taken care of. The house was clean and upgrades were made before I moved in. My children and I miss the townhome but enjoyed our time there just 4 months shy of 2 years.
