Palos Verdes Village Townhome Apartments

Maria thinks she’s the owner of the gated community!!! You ask her for corporate number and as an unprofessional manager she asks you to google it. She was asked several times to fix things in the apartment and never did. Would ask her maintenance guy he had to talk to her first. She gave me fans when my AC broke then had the audacity to say that we don’t understand by having ítems in our patio!! Wow just a BBQ grill. Then tried to say my son broke a valve to the AC🤦🏽‍♀️. Children were not allowed to play outside at all, ooh wait only her grandchildren. Her sons were allowed to park in front of the apartments while other ppl weren’t. Constantly saying the tow company passed by and notified her about it. When i confronted her about having an issue with me she said to me she was having famil

Manager is very, very rude. I don't know where you found this manager. Its amazing people like this running a business. Hopefully with the new owners they will see these reviews and do something about it.

Great apartments, great space , great management. Keeps the property clean, no cars parked in random spots, no random people walking around at night. Amazon /fedex / or any other packages do not get stolen off the front porch.

Well first I would love to say management should be fired.Maria and Megan.These two are thrives I believe there steeling money. My aria gets a new car every year but her son buys it for her.But he drives an old Mercedes someone needs to investigate these two

I do not recommend this place. I have waited 2 months for my deposit back, I have called and the manger Maria gave us a number to call that no one picks up at. worst place !!
