Palms on Ashley River

Thursday January 29th of the year 2026 I was standing outside my building with friends waiting on my brothers bus to get to the apartments and the management came to us screaming before we even got a chance to talk she told us we don’t live there and we will be arresting for loitering after I told them I lived there they told me they would have me evicted if I didn’t leave I then said I was sorry and that they could’ve approached more calm and they then started yelling and told me to tell my friends to watch it or else the police will show up. I have lived here for a few years and ive never interacted with such disrespectful management.

Do not be fooled by the "nice" pictures on their social media and website. There is no trash pick up, no maintenance, the grounds aren't being kept, no lighting in the parking, there are NO amenities... the pool is always closed even on the hottest days AND they had the nerve to go up on the rent. All be the new office staff is nice but it like an act of congress to get someone on the phone. It's giving very much dump!

This whole process has been easier than expected!! They made sure to guide me step by step. Kept an open line of communication so that I knew what was going on!!! New staff is super awesome!!!

Went to visit my sister and this is what it looks like outside her window since friday(12-20-2024) it is now (12-22-2024) i understand trash may run on certain days but this shouldnt wait a week for it to be taken care of. Whoever manages this apartment should be fired for allowing this to look the way it does...very poor management, I'd be embarrassed to manage this complex. I'm not sure if the waste company has been notified of the conditions but if they have then its obvious the waste company can care less, if they haven't well something needs to be done this is something management should be on top of and is clearly not doing their job. I've lived around here since this apartment complex opened, and never in my sixteen years of living in this neighborhood have I seen a neighbor mow the grass in front of the apartment building. It seems the office staff is too broke to hire people to cut the grass. It's honestly crazy how they can charge $1,000 for rent and $100 to people who need their trash from the floor in front of the trash dispenser when the trash gets falling people don't know where to put it because they don't have any more dumpsters for the people in the neighborhood they decide to charge $1,000 for rent instead of fixing the main issues with the neighborhood but they can't really seem to do that instead of them kicking out the really bad people that live in this neighborhood they decide to give them warnings and
