If i could give more stars, I would. In 2020, Lathaniel has helped my husband and me find our first beautiful new construction home. In 2024, he helped us sold that hours, within 24 hours, while we searched for another new construction home. In both processes, he was readily available and informative. He is highly recommended. And when I get the urge to sell and move again (probably within 5 years lol), he will be my realtor in that process as well
