The Wilder

I've been a resident at The Wilder for several years now, and I can honestly say I've enjoyed every single one. I wanted to update my previous review to acknowledge the incredible progress made by the new management team, led by Bobbie and her dedicated staff. While they had a bit of a rocky start, it's abundantly clear that Bobbie and her team are genuinely committed to resident life and overall happiness. They've truly turned things around. The facility itself remains as modern and well-maintained as ever, and the amenities are fantastic. A special shout-out to the maintenance staff, Charles and Omar, who are wonderful to work with! What truly stands out, however, is Bobbie and her team's willingness to listen. They've been wonderful at hearing my concerns and addressing them promptly

I lived at The Wilder for exactly 1 year and I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience! I’ve learned with apartments the management is either a hit or miss, and at The Wilder they were a hit! I moved from across the country sight unseen due to military obligations and they were nothing but helpful both remotely and when I got here in person. The apartments and complex feel new and taken care of. The pool, fun events that they host, and the food trucks are all a game changer and I participated often. You don’t see many apartments doing what they do. It made life at this apartment easy and fun. If you have any issues the maintenance crew is prompt and knowledgeable. The leasing staff is nice right now, but they do have a high turnover. I moved in Jan 2024 and a few of the ladies who were here then are gone already. It started well but has gotten worse. This leak has been ongoing for some time and they are fixing the cosmetic issue and NOT the leak in the apartment above me. This ceiling leak has been a thorn in my side. It has has been fixed twice. The first time it was fixed the day before Thanksgiving and the contractor did a great job. The next day it was brown, wet, stained, and by Friday ( 2days later) it was the pictures I have attached. They came again this week to fix it, but the ceiling was wet still as the leak above me hasn't been remedied. I like my apartment, the neighbors are friendly, no issues in the neighborhood, maintenance itself is

I fell on hard times with risk of losing my apartment, the staff here at The Wilder are very empathetic and helped me to the best of their abilities. I am grateful for the staff and how they have helped me move in with the original unit and the transfer to the new unit. Thank you to all the staff at The Wilder, I’ll be enjoying another year with them.

I have been a resident for 2 years and have loved every minute. If I ever have an issue, the ladies in the office are always helpful. Maintenance is fast with my work orders and they are very nice. I love my apartment and the other residents that live here...we are like family. ♡
