This apartment complex is a joke when it comes to trash service. We pay MONTHLY for waste management, and this is what we get—trash piled everywhere, bags busted open, boxes all over the sidewalk, and garbage literally spilling into the street. It looks like a dumping ground, not a place people pay rent to live. The dumpster stays overflowing for days, and management clearly doesn’t care. They ignore emails, ignore complaints, and still have the nerve to charge us for “trash services” that they don’t even provide. It smells horrible, it attracts bugs and animals, and it’s honestly embarrassing to have to walk past this mess every day. The “NO DUMPING” sign is a joke because where are residents supposed to put their trash when the dumpster is constantly full? This is pure laziness and neg
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Horrible money hungry management and roach infested apartments. Management is not there to make living there easier, they are there to make sure they get as much money as they possibly can from you. Incredibly difficult to speak to management but super easy to talk to the power tripping girl up at the front desk. Understand that they will always try and find reasons to put charges on your account and do not care about your satisfaction living there. I REPEAT. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I’m honestly shocked at how badly Lively Indigo Run is managed. They hit me with a $100 trash fee just because my trash was outside the bin and outside the pickup time. Yes, the flyer mentions the fee — but NOWHERE in my actual lease does it say anything about fines like this. A flyer is not a legal document, yet they treat it like it overrides the lease. And the way the office handled it made everything ten times worse. No warning. No notice. No courtesy. Just a fee dropped on my account. When I tried to get answers, the staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was stupid for even asking questions. They repeated the same thing over and over without actually explaining anything.
