We were touring apartments recently, and Ms. Keisha made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and so full of genuine joy. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about the people she’s helping. She took her time with us, answered every question, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. The Mason itself is such a beautiful community. The pool is gorgeous, the amenities are impressive, and everything feels clean, modern, and well taken care of. But honestly, Ms. Keisha is what made us fall in love with the place. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but my experience at this apartment was awful. First and foremost, WAY too many cockroach sightings. Huge palmetto bugs, smaller cockroaches, silverfish, spiders, etc. The unit smelled bad when I moved in (particularly the dishwasher), in combination with the smell of weed coming through the walls half the time, and I could never get those smells to completely go away. The walls are incredibly thin, and I heard my neighbor snoring every single night. The last big thing was that I was shown a unit that had vinyl floors (looked freshly renovated), but the unit I was given was all carpet. I could go on, but those were the biggest issues I had. My sister and I moved from out of state and have lived at The Mason for the last three years. The management of this complex did a very nice job of ensuring a safe and comfortable place for all residents to live. All the community areas were always kept very clean and they did a very good job at communicating with the residents of changes that may have been made. We also loved that it is 100% smoke free complex. I am so happy that this was my home for three years. The only reason we moved is because I am getting married and moved into a house and my sister needed a place closer to where she works. I feel that The Mason is one of the nicest and most reasonable priced apartments complex’s in the area! I would recommend this complex to anyone who is moving to the area. Thank you to The Mason
