Palmer & Venoy Apartment

Fabulous coop -- I can't think of a single complaint the entire time I was an owner there. Garbage taken out daily, $20 gym membership that covers everyone in your unit, and 2 dedicated parking passes with no wait time, and incredible maintenance services if needed. Hard to come by a place better than this in the area.

Rotten meat left in drawer of refrigerator. Bathtub was disgusting and not able to use.. Stove was not clean. No closet doors and rod to hang clothes on was broken. Carpet was old like from the 70's. I didn't move in. Manager is a "Slum Lord" who takes advantage of poor people. Just over all disgusting.......

Lovely place to lay down roots&-raise a little family. VERY conveniently located to any drugs of choice. Soon, you become hard&crusty,don't give a damn about anything,and will make friends with the bedbugs&roaches! :-)

Well moved in didnt know there was cockroaches or bedbugs had to leave n get rid of my furniture showed the boss pictures amd bites on children n he said its not that also my neighbors business was put out n i didnt know her but he says she brought the bugs n stuff i do not reccoment moving here unless you want drama and bugs eating your body.... Nothing is up to code either really it should be shut down ... If i could post videos id show you all...

I have a lawsuit pending the whole place in infested with bed bugs the guy is a slum lord do not rent from this guy he's hiding from my lawyers but you will be held accountable he's hiding the insurance if there is even any the whole place is a hazard and needs and will be shut down before is said and done and some how they keep getting my reviews deleted so I'll just keep posting them
