Paddock Club Apartments

Maintenance team at Paddock Club Was great as always. They responded in a timely manner. Did the work kept the area clean, made sure that it was clean when they left. Their hard work as always will never go unnoticed.

I had a great experience at the Paddock Club Apartments. The office staff was amazing — very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made the whole process easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

When I came to view an apartment at The Paddock Club, I was greeted by De’Asia with a smile and she was very kind and assisted me with all my questions that I had. She gave me a tour of the apartment and explained everything in great detail. She is an excellent face to represent the Paddock Club!

I Like the place, but, I Reported my balcón curtains since I moved in may, they haven’t replaced it, when i received my keys to move back in may the apartment was totally dirty, my dishes washer it’s hanging. Yes they have solved others things and quickly but, recently 1 dec I reported bed bugs, the company works this they supposed to come last week then made the appointment for Monday and now is Thursday with my house upside down because I have to put most of the clothes on bags, Christmas it’s around the corner. Leasing office doesn’t keep you updated we have to go and call many times. Is it that they we supposed to be treated?. Come on please fix it or contact other company. I’m no used to put this kind of review on public, but we are really feeling tired of the poor communication.

I am at my wits end but here's my experience with this apartment complex: If you move in here be prepared to deal with kids who like to kick doors in and harass tenants with 0 consequences. Not only that but they trash all amenities we pay for. I'm absolutely just done. This has been a persistent issue since March of this year where teens would kick and punch my door after getting off the bus. I've sent video evidence and nothing has been done about it. No consequences to the kids or parents and absolutely no oversight.
