Revisiting as I’m currently apartment shopping. Lived here in 2020-2021 but it was like the worst place to live. Roach infestation. Cramped. If you’re unfortunate enough to have your bedroom right by the parking lot expect people to be hanging out there often. I never once got in the pool. The trailer park next door rivaled the noise made in the complex. If you’re not home often this might be okay.

My dishwasher wasn't working, and the manager fixed it right away. They even called me the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great service - Love it!

2 bedroom Units are filled with massive 6 + families, creating no space for guest parking, washer & dryers are dirty, trash is left in the pool area ( socks, underwear Jack & the box food, toys) Gates do not lock to enter complex. Drunk men walking around late at night trying to talk to you. Graffiti on the walls. Not what it used to be even 6 months ago! This place was a hidden gem that went downhill FAST EDITED: maintenance man broke into my bedroom through the window when I was not home. Moving out of here ASAP. Be safe and do don’t live here.

My cat loves sitting by the window and watching the trees. It is nice living in a place that allows pets without hassle.

They do not properly maintain the property. For example the pool hasn't been cleaned in months. They have a barbecue available but they don't have any fuel to operate it. l. The pool area tables have bird dropping on it and are very seldom ever cleaned.
