2 Words!Cheap walls!!! U can hear everything! One side I can hear neighbors 3-4 kids banging up the place and yelling everyday, other side you can hear mom yelling at her one kid and talking loud on the phone and more until 3 am everyday! You can hear foot steps upstairs and people talking upstairs too! Elevator takes for ever. We plan to move very soon as soon as we find a new place

I can't thank you enough for all you've done as the property manager during this time. Your responsiveness and professionalism provided me great comfort and confidence. I especially want to acknowledge your understanding when anyone is going thru a difficult time u take your time and put yourself in their shoes and show some empathy. I don’t care what anyone in this property says u Lisa Elliot have made a huge difference and impact for the better and hopefully it keeps just getting better. Keep up the good work and remember if no one talks or hate u that means u ain’t doing your job right. But I do appreciate u any who want to live as human beings. 🥰

I want to say Lisa is very nice and she tries her best to give ask of us what we need for help and with anything. I want to tell her she is great. Thank you for everything Lisa, you have a great heart.

This place is NO GOOD!!! I’ve been here almost two years still no gym or function room. False promises is all they have to offer. NO PARKING !!! The hot water only last 10 minutes. Well that’s when we actually have water because last week there was no running water for a full 24 hours. They had porter potties in the basement for us to use. All during a pandemic..yeah sounds good. Heat breaks once a week and in the summer the ac breaks once a week and the elevator is constantly offline. Absolutely horrible place to be. Walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors fart. And that is no exaggeration.
