Ovation staff has been friendly, professional and informative. All common areas are well maintained! I always see personnel cleaning all of the grounds . The staff has been very helpful, and patient every step of the way! We are very, very impressed with the customer service. We are Thrilled to call Ovation Home!!

I can’t say enough great things about Jade and Danielle! They are so friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible! Seriously, their customer service is incredible – they make everything so easy and smooth. Ovation also has these fun resident events that are perfect for meeting your neighbors and making new friends – it really brings the community together! The apartments are gorgeous, the area is amazing, and the whole team is just top-notch. Jade and Danielle are absolute gems and truly make this place feel like home!

I have lived here for 4 years and love it...i came to ovation after a surgery and Recovery. The energy an vibirant enviorment pushs a creative excitment in the atmosphire..Jade an Dani has been wonderfull in all my assistant needs.The pool,coffee shop, gym,,an walking trail makes your own world..do it! If your writing your own chapter in life...Its a winners enviorment..

Jade and Dani are the best! We have lived here twice over the past 4 years. Had to find a safe place outside the city. Jade is always so helpful, thorough and efficient. The whole staff and neighborhood is amazing!

I lived here for a few years. For the most part, it was comfortable living and I would recommend this apartment. In the end, I decided that these large building-style apartments are not for me. I lived on the fourth floor and it was very quiet in terms of neighbors. There were a lot of outside noises, mostly loud cars and ambulance sirens as it faced Ridgegate Pkwy (which leads to the hospital), so that was expected. Appliances were great. I got a new washer/dryer because the dryer broke down. It took a few weeks (due to vendor - the apartment was very communicative through the entire process). They let me use an empty unit's dryer in the meantime. The new washer was actually a mistake on the vendor's part, but they kept it in the unit anyways. The maintenance team was always responsive
