Aspect Apartments

We rented from Aspect because of the great location. It's a short walk to Moze Cafe (a local gem) and the light rail station. Shopping, coffee, restaurants, and Skyridge are all within walking distance. There's a great open space within a 20 minute walk, too. The team at Aspect was great to work with. Sally helped us with the lease and answered all of our questions. She and Nina continued to be helpful during our entire stay. I can't say enough good things about them - they were the face of Aspect and they did a great job. They have indoor parking. It can be tight - we had a large SUV and it took us a bit to get comfortable. When we mentioned that to Sally, she helped move us to a spot that was easier for us to use. I am so happy with Aspect! Nina and Sally are wonderful and they went out of their way to help me resolve a problem within the first couple weeks of me living here. They also left me a gift bag and a card when I moved in! The space is clean and my porch has a beautiful mountain view. Nina and Sally are always making improvements to the property and planning fun events. They have a strict no smoking policy which is great because I moved here from another state. The only let down is the EV charging is 50 cents per kilowatt hour which is very expensive.

I forgot to leave a review but I did a one year lease here and loved my time there! Great staff, plus maintance was great with the few requests we had. We got a 3rd level unit and the view was amazing. It was nice getting the 1 garage spot (no cleaning snow off my car!) and trash and recycling shoots were down the hallway for me. My needs changed so I had to move, but I recommend this place to anyone I know looking for apartments.

The Aspect is such a fantastic property! It has a variety of floor plans that meet your needs and has indoor parking, which is always a plus. The amenities are plentiful, including, among others, a fitness center, pool, and rooftop sky deck. They are pet-friendly and even have a dog wash station. It's near highway connections and has convenient access to many stores and restaurants. I was greeted by Sally, their friendly Assistant Property Manager, who expertly answered my many questions and went above and beyond in assisting me through the process. She is great at what she does, and you will feel right at home. I highly recommend you stop by and view The Aspect and all it has to offer.

Sally is absolutely amazing! Very thorough and friendly and answered any questions I had. (I ask a lot of questions and she never seemed annoyed haha) I haven’t moved in yet but I am so beyond excited for my girls and I to move into the Aspect Apartments!
