IMT at RidgeGate

We have lived at IMT at Ridgegate for a little over a year and a half now, and our experience has been wonderful. The community is quiet, safe, and welcoming. Whenever an issue arises, the maintenance team has done an excellent job ensuring we are taken care of promptly. Most recently, one of our fire alarms needed to be replaced and another required a new battery. We created a ticket in the morning and not long after - one of the maintenance technicians, Nick, came by our home to make the replacements. Considering this was the weekend and not an emergency, we were especially grateful that he took time out of his schedule to help us. I had an exceptional experience living at IMT Ridgegate in a two-bedroom, fourth-floor apartment. As a professional working from home, I found this community ideal for both productivity and comfort. This apartment complex has a serious issue with animal neglect. There are numerous animals left on balconies without proper care — urine and feces are literally dripping off the edges. Dogs are left on porches and balconies to bark well past 2 a.m. The complex has been notified, and no action has been taken.

This is by far one of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management was perfectly pleasant up until the moment I moved in and then everything changed. The shower drain was backed up on day one and instead of fixing it professionally, maintenance dragged their filthy equipment across my bathroom, dumped it on my vanity, and pushed it around my personal items including my toothbrush. When I brought this to management (Mackenzie), she cut me off, asked if I was “done,” and insisted their maintenance team had never caused issues even though two of those same people were fired a week later which clearly shows I was not the only one complaining. Things only got worse. I had to move out after just two months because the hallway cleaning
