Juan and Christian with the maintenance team are wonderful. Very kind, attentive, and hard working! Juan, thank you for helping me this past weekend when I had a question in the garage about moving. It certainly lessened my stress to have your help regarding the loading dock. I’m moving because of life circumstances and not because I wasn’t happy with my lease and time with Arabelle. Juan is super personable, made me feel heard, and was willing to drop whatever to help when needed. Christian came and fixed our garbage disposal in a day if that. Noah was kind and helpful when I started my lease and Jennifer was helpful when we had an issue with the elevator. I appreciate you all!

Noah, Jennifer, and Ryan have all been so kind and accommodating, but I’ve had the most interaction with Noah—he’s always been incredibly supportive and professional, especially during my recent transfer. Any concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and with genuine care, which really speaks to the management’s commitment to their residents. Accommodations: The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the amenities are always clean and well maintained. Noah and everyone in the office are always professional and kind to talk to. They are always helpful and show they care. Thank you! I’ve lived at Arabella Lincoln Station both during the previous management and now under the current one, and I can honestly say my experience has drastically improved. When I first moved here, the former manager (whose name I can’t quite remember) was, without a doubt, one of the most negative and strange individuals I’ve ever encountered. However, after moving to a different place for a while, I decided to return to Arabella Lincoln Station, and I was thrilled to find that management had completely changed. The new team is a huge improvement, and my experience since moving back has been much more positive. The office staff was always so incredibly friendly - Noah, Ryan, Jennifer, and the team try their hardest to make the community feel like a home through resident events, food trucks, and a personal touch anytime you need something.
