Our family lived here for one year while staying in the U.S., and overall it was a wonderful experience. Everything about this place was great, but the biggest advantage by far is the Sweetwater water park right next to the community. It’s truly a unique feature—there are very few, if any, apartment communities in the Denver area that have a water park like this nearby. The community itself is well maintained, and the swimming pool and BBQ areas are excellent and always enjoyable to use. The staff were especially impressive, responding quickly and efficiently whenever we had requests or needed help. Thanks to this community, our children and our whole family were able to make many happy memories during our time here. We will always remember this place fondly.

Me and my fiancé moved into Contour 39 in October of this year and have had a great experience so far. We moved into a newly renovated unit and are really happy with the upgrades. The units are overall pretty quiet and we rarely hear our upstairs or side neighbors. The location is awesome. We are just a couple minutes away from Sprouts and Target (aka must haves!!!), and we love the walking trails/park right behind the community. The on-site team is truly amazing. The maintenance crew is super quick and responsive and has always handled requests the same day (we’ve only needed help with a few small things during our first week here). The grounds are always clean, snow removal/leaf cleanup just seem to happen. You can tell the team works really hard, and it definitely does not go unnotice

My husband and I have lived at Contour 39 for over five years and have had a consistently great experience across the board. The front desk staff is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the maintenance team is always friendly and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference day to day. I live on the second floor and have been pleasantly surprised by how low the noise levels are. The location is also hard to beat—right next to a large open space, beautiful park, and a trail system for biking/walking/running. Overall, Contour 39 has been the best place to call home and I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking in south of Denver.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Contour 39 near Park Meadows is a beautiful place to live. My friend just moved in, and the staff has been unbelievably kind, she couldn’t be happier in her new space. The apartment itself is stunning with breathtaking views, and the amenities like the pool make it easy to connect with others and enjoy the community. The electric bill can run high in the summer, and yes, rent is on the pricier side (welcome to Colorado, where jobs often don’t keep up with living costs). Still, people are making it work, and overall the experience here has been excellent.
