AMLI RidgeGate

I enjoyed my time living at AMLI RidgeGate with my spouse. We first had a 1-bedroom on the north side, then moved to a 2-bedroom on the 4th floor on the west side. The view from up there is spectacular. I especially enjoyed gardening on the large balcony and enjoying many sunsets. Gardening tip: Kale and Lantana love the western-facing view as much as I did. The units are spacious and modern. The super tall ceilings on the 4th floor make the units feel even more spacious. The Travertine countertops are something you'd only find in a Parade of Homes house. What's great about them is that you don't need to worry about hot plates since they can handle the heat just fine. My spouse and I lived at AMLI Ridgegate for over a decade. In fact, when we moved in, it wasn't even an AMLI yet and there was still no train station. AMLI took over management during our first year and we lived under their management until the end of 2025 when we moved to our new home. The train station (RTD) was eventually added. First, I have to start with the view. It's a million dollar view! If you were to look through my photos, there's a picture of that view at least once a month. It never got old. This apartment complex has one of the most convenient locations you can find. You can walk to the train station (as the address suggests), which takes you right into downtown Denver. Since moving into Amli Ridgegate, the staff has truly exceeded our expectations. My boyfriend and I came from a previous complex that didn’t seem to care about its residents, so the difference here has been incredible. This is the first community we’ve lived in with a fully staffed maintenance team that not only responds within hours of a work order, but actually fixes things quickly and professionally. Every staff member has been wonderful, but I especially want to highlight Mary—her customer service is outstanding. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She plans amazing resident events, and my personal favorite has been the Christmas gift-wrapping station she just set up. Highly recommend living here!

I LOVE THIS APARTMENT. We are renewing our lease and honestly could not say enough. The area is amazing there are so many shops close by including Target and Safeway and like two blocks down is a trail to go to the Bluffs. We have had a couple things we needed to call maintenance for including our dryer which broke last night. Literally the morning after it broke, Manuel and Eric from the maintenance team already have us set up with a new dryer. Any maintenance issues have been resolved the next day and it makes me not want to buy a house haha—they’re seriously so quick. The only not great thing that has happened here is my husband’s bike was stolen from the parking garage even though it was locked up. We have lived at a lot of apartment complexes and AMLI Ridgegate is by far the best. It is clear that the management cares about providing a clean, safe and engaging experience for the residents and are active in providing activities and providing upgrades to the property that are rare in today's market. The maintenance team here is friendly, responsive and always working to keep the property in top condition. It is not unusual to put in a maintenance request and have a knock on the door 15 minutes later by a member of the team to solve your issue. . Overall, you can tell that from the management on down, that they all take great pride in providing a well-run property and community that we can call our "home".
